Antelope Valley RC Boating encourages youth and family members of all ages to participate in model boating activities. In these activities, we feel that, in additional to the satisfaction provided by building and operating a model boat, it develops the skills, patience and disciplines needed in today’s society.
Currently operation of model boats on Apollo Park lakes is by permit only, per Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation regulations. Permits are $5.00 a month. You can get your permit at Apollo Park in the L.A. County Parks and Recreation building on site.
